A few things to know.

Which documents should I share?

For a full review, start with the draft contract, land register extracts, parcel plans, existing leases and relevant authority correspondence. We confirm the exact document list and scope after learning about your project. Initial guidance is available before a draft exists.

Can you review a draft prepared by the buyer or notary?

Yes. We read it from your position as seller, examine your commitments and suggest amendments. Send the supporting documents and any points you have already agreed with the buyer.

Does this replace the notary?

No. This is independent contractual advice on your transaction. It does not include public notarisation, land register procedures or representation before authorities. We confirm any additional specialist work separately.
