A few things to know.

Which documents should I share?

For a full review, start with the draft contract, land register extract, use restrictions, access arrangements and any rental bookings. We confirm the exact document list and scope after learning about your project. Initial guidance is available before a draft exists.

Can you help before I make a commitment?

Yes. Initial guidance can identify questions to raise before you decide to proceed. A complete review then examines the actual draft; it does not include a technical inspection or property valuation.

Does this replace the notary?

No. This is independent contractual advice on your transaction. It does not include public notarisation, land register procedures or representation before authorities. We confirm any additional specialist work separately.
